My studio apartment had a fine view of the Matterhorn, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. The little kitchen was equipped with coffee maker and utensils. Checking in was easy and efficient, and the location just 10 minutes from the station was convenient. highly recommended.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Zermatt and I couldn't be happier with my experience. the value for money was excellent - I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with the rooms equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen facilities were especially great, allowing me to cook my own meals and save some money. Lastly, the location of the hotel on the outskirts of Zermatt was perfect for me as it was quiet and offered fantastic views of the surrounding area.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The location of the hotel was ideal, just a few minutes walk from the train station. It was nice to be away from the crowded areas and it was very convenient to have an excellent ski bus stop right in front of the hotel. The bus line to the ski lifts was also right there, making it easy to access the slopes. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-equipped and the views from the balcony were stunning. it was a great place to stay for our skiing trip.

It would have been better if the hotel had provided free shuttle services for their customers. Charging a fee for a short trip to the train station seemed unnecessary and a little disappointing.

Great location, excellent facilities, friendly staff, fine views. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel is really good, with very nice views from the balcony and terrace. The hotel facilities are fantastic and well-maintained, including a pool, hot tub, sauna, and game room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making the stay more fun.

We absolutely loved the access to the pool and spa, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The apartment provided everything we needed, with comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere. The highlight was the balcony and the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the sister hotel, supermarket, and easy access to the bus stop for Matterhorn glacier paradise.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints at all.
